For all shipments, please allow 1 business day for order processing plus:

• Canadian express shipping (1-2 business days) - $30 
• Canadian standard shipping (3-8 business days) - $15 
• United States standard shipping (3-8 business days) - $30
• International (all other countries) standard shipping (4-10 business days) - $75

BROKERAGE FEES/DUTIES/TAXES & TARIFFS:

Please note, all orders shipping to the United States are subject to US customs clearance due to border crossing. Any brokerage fees/duties/taxes & tariffs declared by US customs on the shipment are the responsibility of the customer. The charges due upon delivery are federal and or state taxes, and carrier fees associated with brokering the goods into the USA - they are not affiliated with Tuuna & Co Ltd. Tuuna & Co Ltd. does not receive any import costs that are due upon delivery of goods to US residents. If you decide to refuse the delivery and have the package shipped back to Tuuna & Co Ltd. please note that a refund will not be issued until the goods are received back to Tuuna & Co Ltd. and have been inspected. The refund amount will be issued to the form of payment used during ordering, and refund amount will be less any initial shipping costs paid, and less any return shipping fees and import costs to have the shipment returned to Tuuna & Co Ltd.
